1. J&M will not be responsible for any lost/damaged mails, registered mail is thus strongly recommended!

2. Based on past pre-orders, most measurements are true, if not variance only around 1-2cm.

3. Colours may not be true to picture due to the use of extra lightnings and photoshop. Colours may vary between different computers as well.

4. In the event of items OOS, you will be informed via email. You may choose to either get a refund, or re-order other available items.

5. Items sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.

6. Prices stated for pre-order are fixed, no top-us or hidden costs. Hence, no negotiation allowed.

7. No backing out/cancelling of orders once orders are confirmed.
